Welcome to Pluffy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pluffy mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Pluffy is a wellness and education app. It teaches techniques inspired by CBT-I (cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia) to help you build better sleep habits. Pluffy is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for care from a qualified health professional.
If your sleep problems persist or worsen, or if you notice loud snoring with pauses in breathing, severe daytime sleepiness, low mood, or anxiety, please talk to a doctor. If you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency number or a crisis helpline right away — in the US, you can call or text 988 at any time.
Some parts of the program adjust your sleep schedule and can cause temporary daytime sleepiness. Never drive or operate machinery while drowsy. Do not use the sleep-scheduling features if you have bipolar disorder, a seizure disorder, a parasomnia, or untreated sleep apnea, or if you are pregnant, without talking to your doctor first — the App asks about these situations and will tell you honestly when it isn't the right tool for you.
You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to Pluffy. The app is designed for adults.
The App, its design, its mascot, and its content are owned by us or our licensors. CBT-I as a method is public science; our expression of it — the program, copy, design, and audio — is protected.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Sleep outcomes vary from person to person and we make no guarantee of results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may suspend access in cases of abuse, fraud, or attempts to interfere with the service. You can stop using Pluffy at any time; deleting the app removes your on-device data, and subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID settings.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to Pluffy is limited to the amount you paid us in the six months before the claim arose.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections of the country or state where you live.
We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Material changes will be communicated in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
